What are the office hours?
We’re at the office
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Saturday 9am - 4pm
When can I access my storage unit?
Access your storage unit 7 days a week between 6am to 10pm.
Am I required to store long-term?
We lease on a month-to-month basis so our tenants are never required to store with us longer than they need. Store for a few months up to a few years.
Do you offer climate-controlled storage units?
We do offer climate-controlled storage units at a great price. These units are built to protect your weather-sensitive items such as artwork, furniture, household appliances, and wine collections from damaging temperatures and humidity.
What security features do you offer?
Our facility is being monitored 24-hours a day using our state-of-the-art video surveillance system. We also have coded gate entry, perimeter fencing, and LED lighting to ensure that our facility stays well-lit.
Am I able to purchase boxes and other storage supplies?
Purchase boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and other storage supplies from the office during regular business hours. Feel free to call ahead if you have questions about our inventory.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your monthly storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also stop by the office to pay your bill in-person with a manager or staff member.
